Our Story: From the Family to Your Table

La Panadería was born from the love, gratitude, and vision of the Vásquez Zelada family. This project honors the efforts of Lucy and José, our parents, who worked tirelessly for years to raise their children. Today, with the tools life has given us —from knowledge in cooking, agriculture, technology, and art to experience in business— we’ve united as a family to build something that represents us all.

Each member has brought something unique: from cultivating and selecting natural ingredients, to crafting recipes with technique and creativity, to designing and presenting each piece as an edible work of art. This blend of knowledge has allowed us to offer a unique proposal, rooted in heritage and looking to the future.

At La Panadería, we don’t make mass-produced desserts. We make pieces that tell stories. Our entremets, tarts, éclairs, and macarons are handmade with carefully selected ingredients and no shortcuts. We value quality, detail, and freshness in every bite, because we believe you can feel when something is made right.
